Detachment Awards, Policies & Procedures Program
Totals from the Department of Pennsylvania after-action reports will be tabulated by a per capita formula based on each unit's membership categories. This gives the unit with 15 members the same chance to win first place as the unit with 200 members.
All Department of Pennsylvania after-action reports must be turned into the Department Toys For Tots coordinator by March 1st of the following year. Reports for programs run in 2018 are due to the coordinator by March 1st of 2019.
Any unit not complying with the above dead line or units that do not turn in the proper report will automatically be disqualified from that year's awards.
